It is our best endeavor it to keep the videos to the reach of only your desired viewers, however Edugyaan does not take responsibility for piracy of any videos. You are solely responsible for your own content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. Edugyaan expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with your content.<\/p>\n

COPYRIGHT POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n

We respects and recognize the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of\u00a0our to do the same. Users of our Platform should refer to our Copyright Policy, which is\u00a0incorporated into this Terms of Use by reference. It is your\u00a0responsibility to track the usage of your account and act accordingly. Subscribers will be\u00a0emailed and notify on login dashboard when their allowance reaches 90% and 100% of\u00a0their plan limit. You can track your usage at any time by logging in to the account usage\u00a0page. Subscribers who exceed 100% of their allocated allowance will be emailed with\u00a0notification of how to upgrade to an appropriate plan. Continuing infringement of this\u00a0allowance will result in the video content being replaced with a upgrade message.<\/p>\n

PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY<\/strong><\/p>\n
