This Agreement describes the terms on which you may access and use our services. By accessing or using our website at www.edugyaan.com (“Site”), you (the “User”) signify
that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms of Use” or “Agreement”), whether or not you are a registered member of Edugyaan (“Member”). In the event of any inconsistency between the Edugyaan Privacy Policy and this Agreement, the Agreement shall control. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to confer any third-party rights or benefits. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you may not use or access our services. We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and without prior notice, by posting the amended terms on this website. You made your video, so you retain all of your ownership rights in your content.Edugyaan will never share your account videos with any third party. Through its proprietary encrypted streaming, dynamic watermarking & authentication technology,Edugyaan tries its best to ensure your videos are not downloaded or shared across web unless you want to do so. It is our best endeavor it to keep the videos to the reach of only your desired viewers, however Edugyaan does not take responsibility for piracy of any videos from your site. You are solely responsible for your own content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. Edugyaan expressly disclaims any and all
liability in connection with your content.
COPYRIGHT POLICY
We respects and recognize the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our to do the same. Users of our Platform should refer to our Copyright Policy, which is incorporated into this Terms of Use by reference. If you believe that your content has been used on our website in a way that constitutes an infringement of your copyright,
please notify us designated agent for complaints or approach us through the procedure set out under the applicable provisions of the Information Technology Act. If you have a good faith belief that your copyright has been infringed by any of our users, you may follow the process as specified in our Copyright Policy.
Fees & Payment
Pre-Paid Plans
Our plans have hours, bandwidth and storage limits. We reserve the right to limit subscribers who are exceeding their account bandwidth or hours limits. It is your responsibility to track the usage of your account and act accordingly. Subscribers will be emailed and notify on login dashboard when their allowance reaches 90% and 100% of their plan limit. You can track your usage at any time by logging in to the account usage page. Subscribers who exceed 100% of their allocated allowance will be emailed with notification of how to upgrade to an appropriate plan. Continuing infringement of this allowance will result in the video content being replaced with a upgrade message.
PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY
The subscription term will end on the expiration date and you cannot cancel it before its expiration. Onliest EduTech Pvt. Ltd. will not provide refunds if you decide to stop using the Website during your subscription term.
UPDATION OF POLICY
Onliest EduTech Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change or update this Policy at any time. The User shall be notified of any change to the Policy having the effect of curtailing or limiting the existing User rights under the Policy. Any such changes or upgradation of the Policy shall be immediately effective upon posting to the Website and your continued use is deemed approval of all such changes.
